Knockcronal wind farm
Knockcronal wind farm is a proposed wind farm located on the site of the previously proposed Linfairn Wind Farm.
The project consists of six turbines up to 200 m blade tip height and three turbines up to 180 m blade tip height, with an expected installed capacity of approximately 59.4 MW. Once operational, the wind farm will generate enough clean electricity to power the equivalent of 49,000 homes, supporting the UK’s journey towards greater energy security, and help stabilise bills for consumers and businesses.
